NexUS didn’t start as a grand vision to reshape global real estate.

It started with something far more ordinary:

A search for a single, run-of-the-mill ERA brokerage in Bellevue, Washington.

But somewhere along the way, something unusual happened.

RA Corporate didn’t just see a brokerage. They saw a possibility.

For nearly two years, they had been quietly searching for the right leader to bring a bold idea to life—a “Gateway Office” that could connect global markets like never before. Not a branch. Not a franchise.

A bridge.

After more than a year of intense interviews, negotiations, and vision-building, our founder didn’t just accept the idea—he expanded it. Sharpened it. Reimagined it.

And that’s when NexUS was born.

The Move No One Saw Coming.

Then came the unexpected second move.

While most would have stopped at securing a landmark agreement with ERA Corporate in the United States, NexUS did something no one else had done:

It went East.

Our founder pursued—and secured—a second strategic contract with APAC Realty, the Singapore Stock Exchange-listed owner of ERA’s Asia Pacific operations, spanning 17 countries and 13 active markets.

Two contracts.

Two hemispheres.

One unified vision.

In October 2024, APAC Realty made it official with a public announcement to the Singapore Exchange.

In December 2024, ERA Corporate followed with its own global press release.

And then came the defining moment—On stage.

At ERA Fuel in San Diego in February 2025,

In front of the world.

NexUS was unveiled.

Not as another brokerage.

But as the Gateway of the ERA Network— connecting 387 metropolitan markets across the U.S. and Canada with the fast-growing economies of Asia Pacific.

But here’s the truth no one talks about:

Global real estate referrals… the business model don’t really work as a stand alone business.

For decades, the industry accepted a broken system:

• 25% referral fees

• Low incentives

• Fragmented cooperation

• Minimal accountability

Referrals were never meant to be a fully stand alone business.

They were side income. Afterthoughts of a traditional local brokerage.

And that’s why no major brokerage ever built their company around it.

Because you couldn’t.

So NexUS did what others wouldn’t.

We walked away from the old model.

And rebuilt it from scratch.

Referrals became “Broker of Brokers.”

Instead of asking agents to split 25% of a commission…

We flipped the model.

NexUS partnered directly with real estate developers,

bringing their brand-new inventory into the U.S. market.

And then we made a radical offer:

👉 Any broker who brings a buyer earns the full 2–3% commission

—as if they listed the property themselves.

No cuts.

No compromises.

No outdated referral structure.

For the first time, brokers weren’t “sharing” deals.

They were winning them.

But NexUS didn’t stop there.

Because distribution without demand is incomplete.

So we built the second engine:

The AI Property Sales Engine.

Not theory.

Not hype.

Over a 6-month real-world testing phase,

our automated AI systems generated 800+ qualified leads.

Consistently. Predictably. Scalable.

This wasn’t marketing.

This was a machine.

Today, NexUS runs on two powerful forces:
