ERA NexUS Global Realty is the Gateway Office of the ERA Network, strategically positioned to connect real estate markets between the United States, Canada, and Asia Pacific.

We are uniquely established through dual strategic agreements with:

• ERA Corporate (United States)

• APAC Realty (Singapore Exchange-listed owner of ERA in Asia Pacific)

This dual alignment allows NexUS to operate across 13 Asia Pacific countries and 387 metropolitan statistical areas across the U.S. and Canada.

The traditional referral model is broken.

For decades, agents have accepted:

Through our Broker of Brokers platform, NexUS partners directly with developers and introduces their inventory into the U.S. market.

Instead of offering brokers a fraction of a commission, we offer:

Full 2–3% commissions to cooperating brokers—

as if they listed the property themselves.

Our Journey

What began as a single brokerage opportunity in Bellevue, Washington

quickly evolved into something far greater.

After more than a year of strategic discussions and alignment:

• NexUS was formally established as the Gateway Office of the ERA Network

• APAC Realty announced NexUS to the Singapore Exchange in October 2024

• ERA Corporate issued its official announcement in December 2024

• NexUS was unveiled on stage at ERA Fuel, the brand’s global convention

In less than a year, NexUS transitioned from concept to platform.
